I bought a lemon cookie, this is a delicious cookie, but everything is too expensive for the quality.

Soooo much better since they renovated. Used to be stepping on toes and breathing other people's breath at every turn. Much bigger and more comfortable now. Great stop for a sweet treat or savory snack

I have loved this quaint little Patisserie for over 30 years. They survive despite the challenges of their location. Such as it size and difficulty with parking. But people crave these delights amd nothing else will suffice. Their Namesake Ladyfingers melt in your mouth. You can buy them alone but they are also featured in many of their cakes and tarts. Their Tiramisu amd Quiche are wonderful but I ususally go for the Fresh Fruit Tart. I just can't drive by and I often just drive there.We have ordered specially cakes for Birthdays and special events online and by phone. Great little spot to try if you are in the area.

So far so good. We ordered and paid for our wedding cake, now we're just waiting for its delivery on Saturday.

I've been coming here for 26 years, mostly for the 1/4 sheet cakes. There has rarely been any cake left on plates at my kid's b-day parties(the parents are always impressed and grateful too). Yes, the management changed. This is good, because the previous primary counter woman was sour-faced and cranky 98% of the time. You know who I'm talking about. Still, the product was very good. Wedding Cake quality. Last year, I got a 1/4 sheet Black Bottom that was drier than I had hoped, but still tasty. They slim layer of custard was almost non-existant, however. I will buy a round one tomorrow and keep my fingers crossed. Worth the gamble!

The ownership changed a few years ago. The cakes and quiche are still fine but the pastries are no longer as good as they used to be. In fact, the counter person doesn't really know what a croissant is. When I asked what kinds there were, she mentioned bangers.

We ordered a full sheet carrot cake for a retirement party. The cake was the star of the event! The staff was super nice when I picked it up by physically carrying the (heavy!) cake to the car. Also, little known fact, they have spots in the parking lot just past the store on Oakland Ave.

Fantastic almond croissant and danish, best I’ve ever had in Oakland. Carrot cake is incredible as well, not too sweet. Great little gem.

My family has been coming to this wonderful shop for years. Ladyfingers is unique and creative with all of their offerings. Never had a bad experience here, never had any problems with customer service, And their big goods are always awesome. They even sell their day-old cookies in case you don’t want to pay full price.

I Love this local bakery. They make beautiful and very tasty cakes.

Love their banger and ham & cheese croissants but make sure to pre-order before you head over because these are gone pretty fast every morning!!!
